International Hotel Advisors was founded by Hamet Peralta to bridge the gap between hospitality ownership, global brands, and long-term capital.

Operating between Europe and the United States, he works closely with family owners, investors, and international hotel groups on strategic hospitality matters requiring discretion, judgment, and long-term thinking.

His work is relationship-driven and built through direct engagement with principals.

John Sotorp

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

John Sotorp co-founded International Hotel Advisors to complement the firm’s relationship-driven approach with disciplined financial oversight and transaction structuring.

He is responsible for financial analysis, deal structuring, and strategic evaluation across IHA engagements, supporting ownership groups, brands, and capital partners in assessing opportunities from a long-term perspective.

Working alongside the Founder, his role ensures clarity, alignment, and financial rigor throughout mandate-driven advisory situations.
